Here are the sources I think http://svn.foswiki.org/trunk/JSTreeContrib/pub/System/JSTreeContrib/ Those files are run through some js minifier on tarball creation Let me check if I can find what exactly they are doing. I still think this is a non-issue. There is no missing source code. The source code is in the tarball. Why is it of any importance that the source in svn is different.
