Once you are testing fastqc with real data it might make sense to take a screenshot and upload it via http://debian-med.alioth.debian.org/tasks/bio#fastqc (just mind the yellow button "Upload screenshot") Remark: screenshots.debian.net might feature some delay to update for very new packages (1-2 weeks) before you can upload. Meanwhile you (or anybody else reading this list and using the software) might pick some other package that is lacking a screenshot and upload it.
