by chance I stumbled upon Ray packaging again (and due to a mistake in
our Debian Med documentation I failed to find your Git repository in the
first place and poked around in a way older packaging named
ray-denovoassembler.) To save my changes I made some nitpicking changes
in
git://git.debian.org/git/debian-med/ray.git
you might want to pull to keep your clone up to date. I do not think
that the changes are important enought to do another upload.
I also did the tagging for the currently uploaded package.
