Hi, I planned to update picard-tools, however there is a new Java dependency not yet packaged in Debian (cofoja).
I plan to package this dependency however this is not possible for the moment because upstream does not tag releases nor provide sources for a specific release. I have asked on their group to do so [0]. In the meanwhile, picard-tools can't be updated. Git repository is updated with upstream release and up-to-date Changelog.
