I could indeed use SVN revision, as deliverable is for the moment
revision based ( cofoja-1.0-r139.jar
<https://code.google.com/p/cofoja/downloads/detail?name=cofoja-1.0-r139.jar&can=2&q=>)
but  it won't always be the case.
True it is a dev snapshot, but picard-tools makes use of this non stable
release.

Once cofoja has an official release, release will certainly be 1.0, and
it will be an issue with uscan (won't be seen as new release but rather
an old one).
And I don't want to package all dev snapshots for sure..  :-)


Maybe for the moment I can "watch" dev snapshots and package current one
(needed for picard-tools), then, when I see that an official release is
out, change the watch/uscan scripts to use tags instead of revisions
(expecting they use tags at this time)
