Hi,
I used the chance to fix a minor bug in igv to also upload a new
upstream version. The build did not went as smooth as expected and
due to my Java dyslexia I feel incapable to solve this probably easy
problem:

com.sun.tools.javac.Main is not on the classpath.
Perhaps JAVA_HOME does not point to the JDK.
It is currently set to "/usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk-amd64/jre"
Total time: 1 second
dh_auto_build: ant returned exit code 1
Everything (except my unsuccessful trials to set JAVA_HOME in various
ways) is pushed.
Any hint? Team upload is perfectly fine if it simplifies things for
you.
