I added an express-doc package and uploaded. That was OK, I hope.
 
@Andreas, I will address Transdecoder next.
 
Concerning the git repository I failed to get the upstream/1.5.1 branch - so I just decided to get the orig.tar.gz myself and work as if it was a good old subversion repository :)
