Hi Shayan and Andreas, There seems to be a problem with gatb-core's cmake file (/usr/lib/<arch>/cmake/GatbCore.cmake), and the same persists also in minia (I couldn't built that from source too). As none of these packages need to build gatb-core from source, the line 'include (GatbCore)' can be safely removed from CMakeLists.txt. I did this for minia, and it worked. For mindthegap I managed to get to linking, but something else failed, nonetheless, library of gatb-core seems to be loaded successfully.
I'll try to fix minia.
