Hi, I fixed FTBFS with python-biopython 1.78 and made sure testings were still working properly. I also took that opportunity to make sure the build process was reproducible.

There was a typo in the file name of Salsa CI/CD configuration,
but realized that a bit late. Anyway, I ran at least lintian,
autopkgtest and reprotest on my PC.
