Hi, while investigating the state of reverse dependencies of Biopython 1.78, I noticed python-bcbio-gff failed its autodep8 autopkgtest because the module name could not be guessed properly from the package name. I brought a small modification to the package, so that its superficial test passes properly.
Changes are available on Salsa and ready for upload:

After checking twice, I don't believe I messed with the tagging.
