This is probably because libpdb-redo3.2 breaks and replaces libpdb-redo3 but does not declare it in its control file, causing dpkg to flag the conflict on the file /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpdb-redo.so.3.2.1 upon upgrade.
Since 3.2.1-1 is now in testing and since there is most likely only one program depending on this library (which is density-fitness) I think I will delete the 3.2.1-2 version in salsa. I do not believe this will be an issue.
But if anyone disagrees, feel free to upload the version to NEW. regards, -maarten
