Hi Andreas, you were right, adding the libctk-dev.install worked CI is green now, the old autopkg test seems to run fine, too. Not sure if I need to change sth there.
I will look into the copyright update. There is a missing problem in the open Merge Request but it seems related to ITK and HDF5, there I do not know how to continue, in case someone has ideas. Fernando
