You probably want to change the relevant changelog entry to indicate that all patches have actually been dropped from the packaging now. * tests are disabled entirely, but many of the tests/check_cli_*.sh scripts look like they could be put to good use in an autopkgtest context, along the lines of [1]. I don't consider this a blocker for sponsorship though. Other than the above, things look good to me. Please remove the moreinfo tag (and CC me) once you have an updated package ready.
