Hi,

see https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/xsnow

xsnow is marked for autoremoval, but I fail to see why.

The page says:

Marked for autoremoval on 28 July due to drkonqi, libreoffice, mold, rust-graphene-sys: #1135155, #1140262, #1140582, #935182

but, afaik, the mentioned packages (drkonqi, libreoffice, mold, rust-graphene-sys) are not used by xsnow.

Please explain what is going on here.

As Andrey said, these are transitive dependencies and RC bugs in them led to xsnow being marked for AUTORM.

But this is not a cause of concern because if the RC bugs are not addressed sooner or later, xsnow will only be removed from testing and will remain only in unstable until all of the bugs are fixed.

Once that's done, it will be added back to testing.
