I addressed most issues and re-uploaded the package. For a moment I put on hold reformatting debian/copyright and changing package version number. Updated package available from on same URL as before. http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/d/dvbackup/dvbackup_0.0.4-7.dsc Version had to be changed with epoch so it will be higher than the wrong package which is in debian right now. Probably it can be 1:0.0.4-1 but 1:0.0.4-7 may be considered a successor of previous 0.0.4rj1-6.1 (it doesn't violate anything as far as I know). At least for a time being we can keep the same package URL on mentors. One again, thanks for your excellent review and advices.
