No response to any of the bugs and only one upload by the maintainer ever. I would suggest sending a mail to the maintainer and CC the sponsor (run who-uploads premake), wait for a some time (perhaps a month) and then file an ITA bug. After that do the usual stuff; update the package, find a sponsor/etc.
