lintian warns me about "copyright-without-copyright-notice". Shall I
just make this one silent?
The tag description says:
If the package is in the public domain rather than copyrighted, be sure
to mention "public domain" in the copyright file.
We should fix Lintian to recognize "public-domain", too.
