I hereby advocate Adrian to become Debian Developer with upload rights. I sponsored the uploads of his packages z80ex and kcemu until he became DM. He became DM in August 2011. Besides packaging he contributes to Debian by reporting bugs and answering bug reports. He is very motivated to do even more in Debian.
