The current status of Timo Weingärtner is Debian Maintainer. Advocacy text: I have personally worked with Timo Weingärtner [email protected] (0x82FB4EAD) for a sufficiently long time and I know Timo can be trusted to have full, unsupervised, unrestricted upload to the archive right now. He has been maintaining complex packages (e.g. onces involving pam), has managed disagreement with fellow developers (#759859) and has never been to shy to ask for advice on both technical and social aspects of maintaining packages.
