I haven't worked with Jerome on a technical level, but have gotten to
know him during DebConf16 and DebConf17 as part of his work in DebConf.
He is a pleasure to work with and has done a large amount of high
quality work in the DebConf organisation ("orga") team with a great
attitude that has helped bring stability to the DebConf organisation.
I am confident that Jerome will continue to deliver great contributions,
both technical and social, to the Debian project. I support Jerome
Charaoui <jer...@riseup.net>'s request to become a Debian Developer and
based on his work on powerline so far, working with Debian for a long
time during his career, and how thoughtful he is in all his actions, I
believe it will be beneficial to Debian to grant him full upload rights
as well.
