I found the problem. After Ralf's last message I searched my system and
find tuareg files in /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/ocaml. Apparently the
installation process took them and wrote them to
/usr/share/emacs20/site-list/ocaml. Removing
/usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/ocaml solved the problem.
