I've set up a project on forge.ocamlcore.org: http://ocamlduce.forge.ocamlcore.org/ I've put there the aforementioned tarball. There is a possibility to make it http://ocaml.cduce.org/ (with a CNAME DNS record on cduce.org side, and a bit of configuration on ocamlcore.org side).
