I think we might as well just package 4.04 since 4.03 is only in experimental and we haven't rebuilt anything against it yet (well, like 2 packages). I'll do that in the next few days, maybe even later today. Not sure if the release team will allow us to do a transition, but at least we can keep experimental up-to-date as possible.
