Since modules are now going into directories which weren't previously in @INC, shouldn't they all have a versioned dependency on perl or perl-base (using whatever version first had those directories in @INC)? http://people.debian.org/~bod/perl-policy/ doesn't say so, is that the most recent version of the Perl policy?
