Well, don't worry then, that's not primary, that's just a backup plan.
A worst-case scenario.  And the rest of your logic falls apart, since
it hinges on the ridiculous theory that I didn't make this proposal
because it was the solution I wanted to see implemented.

So, do you actually have any comments about the PROPOSAL?
