not at all. it's debian's gcc-3.2.2-0. As i bandaid, i rebuilt dpkg, adding "powerpc-none powerpc powerpc" to the "archtable" file, but i'm rather surprised that i would be the only one to run into this problem... thanks ==rob -- Rob Latham Woodridge, IL USA
