Hi! After ceph support was disabled on ppc64 and x32 as requested in #1012165 and #1020781, there is still a dependency on librados-dev left in debian/ control for ppc64 and x32. Since librados-dev might become uninstallable in the future on ppc64 and x32 since ceph continues to FTBFS on these architectures, the librados-dev build dependency should be removed as well by removing both architectures from the whitelist in debian/control.
