In any case, the package will need to be compliant with the Debian
Python Policy:

  https://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/python-policy/
  https://wiki.debian.org/Python

If the source package needs to be reintroduced under a new
policy-compliant name, then the place to put the upstream/PIP name will
be "Upstream-Name" debian/copyright.  Ie:

  Upstream-Name: platformio
