Hi,

I leave a review for python-pykakasi:

- Please move to DPT space (if you plan maintain it there). And Update Vcs-*
  link
- Please push 0.4.1+ds pristine-tar
- d/copyright: Let's use Expat instead of MIT
- d/copyright: Is it possible add Upstream-contact (perhaps,
[email protected])?
- d/upstream/metadata: I guess we can add more metadata like Bug-Sumbit,
  Changelog.

Please let me know when you have a new version to review.

Thanks!
