Currently there are two different discussion loops. The original one in debian-
ai and this one :)

I have never worked with UDD before so I don't know what needs to be fixed.
The more stable UDD (and the postgres) is, the better I guess. 

Do you know where to apply for postgres read access? 

Afaik https://udd-mirror.debian.net/ is the unofficial postgres mirror.

For testing purposes the udd-mirror should be sufficient but in prod, I'd 
prefer 
we use the real postgres to prevent downtime and have current data and a more 
reliable system than an inofficial mirror :)
