Hello,

currently I'm preparing a proposal for this year's GSoC [1]. The goal is to
build a dashboard/graph analysis tool using UDD data to visualise technical
dependencies vs social metadata (maintainer activity, teams...).

This tool can be used to display statistics like:
* Packages with the most dependents
* Critical packages with low bus factors
* Infrequent maintainer activity
* Packages with too many contributors

While those are just a few examples I could come up with, there's an infinite
amount of ways we can display the information.

My priority is to make sure the tool is useful for your daily work. Are there
specific indicators you would like to see visualised?

75% of the GSoC projects have a project length of 12 weeks but can be extended
to 22 weeks if required [2]. In my opinion 12 weeks are sufficient for this
task
to solve.

That said, I'd limit the amount of statistics to 3 max 4 to make sure the
student focuses on the real implementation rather than designing 10 different
KPIs. We can always extend the platform later if needed.

Furthermore, if anyone in the QA-Team is interested in providing technical
feedback on the UDD integration, I'd be happy to have you on board.

Feedback is very welcome :-)
