1.  debian-project is not an end-user support list.  You are much better off 
trying [email protected].

2.  Debian is not usually the correct place to ask for support for downstream 
derivatives.  My system, which has plasma-desktop installed, does not have a 
plasma-setup user.  Are you sure this is something caused by a Debian package 
and not a customization made by Sky1?
