Well, the version currently in testing is the previous upstream release
of bugzilla: 2.16.

This branch will not be supported upstream in a few months.

There was a request to provide 2.18 in sarge, for being more up-to-date
with upstream: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=290775

Moreover, I started a kind of collaborative work with upstream
developers to enhance the way bugzilla is packaged:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=280179

I worked a lot for providing a safe 2.18 package in sarge and did that
in the hope that 2.18 could hit sarge, which is a good thing for most of
debian bugzilla's users.

Regards.
