Hello, according to http://bts.turmzimmer.net/details.php there are some release critical bugs in Sarge which have already been fixed in unstable.
The page http://packages.qa.debian.org/p/pam-pgsql.html says that it (who ever) is "Not touching package, as requested by freeze (contact debian-release if update is needed)", which I do hereby.
