I request permission to start the gnome-desktop3 transition by uploading gnome-desktop 3.27.92. The new version is required for GNOME 3.28. (3.27.92 is the Release Candidate for GNOME 3.28, expected in a few days.) https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-gnome-desktop3.html gnome-control-center needs a cherry-picked patch which I will take care of. binNMUs should be fine for the rest.
