And please allow ttf-cjk-compact-udeb also: unblock ttf-cjk-compact/1.7 Because string/translation freeze is finished, I updated the characters using current snapshot as release candidate. Plus I fixed ugly bold 0 character in Japanese by using newer ttf-vlgothic. I believe both won't break anything.
