Steve is the one who hinted the current drivers, urgent-ing nvidia-graphics-drivers at 8 days. I agree with this and think this would also be safe for the legacy drivers.
There is an issue with nvidia-kernel[-legacy]-2.6-amd64, which is arch: all rather than amd64. This makes it uninstallable on i386. Additionally, britney considers nvidia-glx[-legacy] uninstallable on amd64 without nvidia-graphics[-legacy]-modules-amd64. vorlon force-hint-ed nvidia-graphics-modules-amd64 to push nvidia-graphics-drivers in anyway. The same thing could be done for nvidia-graphics-legacy-modules-amd64, or nvidia-graphics-drivers-legacy could be force-hint-ed itself, i.e. unblock nvidia-graphics-drivers-legacy/1.0.7184-3 force-hint nvidia-graphics-drivers-legacy/1.0.7184-3 Randall is already aware of the arch: all issue and seemed to be on its way to upload a fix, so most likely nvidia-graphics-legacy-modules-amd64 could be unblocked later. I don't know if an arch: all non-free package uninstallable on i386 should be considered a bug, nor which severity such a bug should have. IMO it is a bug, so I recommend to force-hint nvidia-graphics-drivers-legacy and unblock nvidia-graphics-legacy-modules-amd64 later if it's fixed. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
