Dear Release Team, currently, util-linux/2.36.1-7 is blocked from migration because of a failed test of systemd/247.3-1 on ppc64el. I'm told "networkd-test.py" is known to be flaky.
As I can't seem to make that happen reproducibly for ci.debian.net, could you please mark the test as known bad on ppc64el for now? (And thus let util-linux migrate.)
