Moi! Unstable contains an updated version of manpages-de that violates just about every rule for granting freeze exceptions, but then it's an arch-all, documentation-only package with hardly any risk of breakage. The source diff is quite big because of a new upstream version and packaging changes done to minimize my own workload eventually. If you need to review them in detail, well, please don't and just disregard this request. However, if you think less thorough checks are sufficient for a manpages package, then please consider hinting it in.
