* #1035455 libosra-dev: missing Depends: libosra2 (= ${binary:Version})
[ Impact ]
* Broken symlink /usr/lib/<arch-triplet>/libosra.so -> libosra.so.2
* Dependency on libosra-dev is not sufficient when linking against libosra
[ Tests ]
Installed libosra-dev 2.1.3-3, and it pulled in libosra2 as expected.
Symlink is no longer broken.
