I think Britney needs a little more help: the following packages should
also be removed from testing:
ocaml-http ocaml-lastfm ocamldap pcre-ocaml
(They are already flagged for autoremoval but that would complete in 3
weeks while everything else is ready.)
And also, allow llvm-toolchain-13 (in particular, libllvm-13-ocaml-dev)
to break.
