Hello Release Team,
We have prepared the src:dpdk 23.11 ABI transition.
src:dpdk reverse dependencies are collectd, uhd, openvswitch.
openvswitch needs to changes, uhd needed a patch but it has already
been uploaded in unstable and on its way to testing, and collectd has
an NMU in the delayed/3 queue as of now.
With this version we are dropping i386 builds. openvswitch already
dropped i386, uhd never used it, and collectd is fixed by the nmu.
We will file an rm bug once the package is in unstable.
