I initially submitted this package as a dependency for my original package "discodos" which I just filed a removal request. According to "apt-cache rdepends" there currently is no other need for python3-webdavclient in Debian stable. I tried my best to also confirm that the package is not a dependency in testing and sid. I hope I'm correct!
