(also this is based on two assumptions: a.) it's ok to file these bugs when we
haven't yet rebuilt the full archive yet, so there will be a few more of these
binNMUs needed (we're over 90% progress on amd64 however already, and I only
plan to file the next amd64 related mass binNMU request (for this error type,
there are more...) once we reached 100%)
and b.) you prefer new bugs for each of these requests (instead of reopening
the old one).
