gost-crypto cannot migrate due to a piuparts regression which is not
easy to be solved. It's an interaction between piuparts, linux-image,
dkms and gost-crypto in a way debsums does not like, but solving this
requires significant effort in dkms upstream (to use dpkg-divert instead
of mv when backing up and restoring kernel modules from linux-image-*
that are replaced by modules from the dkms pakcage).
