"Just unpacked xpi files" that happen to be able to break the underlying
application in very random ways, if it happens a translated string is
missing in a file. This can only be detected through testing of the
applications, or thorough inspection of the localization files.
Obviously iceape-l10n has not been around long enough to be tested enough,
in all the languages it provides. And I guess no inspection of the
localization files has been done to check for missing entities.
