Thanks. gdal (3.11.3+dfsg-1) has been uploaded to unstable and is now built &
installed on all release architectures.
Note that ncl will FTBFS until the patch from #1108656 is applied, and
merkaartor testing migration is blocked until the RM bugreport is processed
(#1111300).
