Please read my mail again. It says when an image generation uses a
font, libgvplugin-pango build dependency needs to be added.
Your package is set to _not_ to use dot [1] and checking the build log
[2], you don't use graphviz at all for building. That build was in
August, with the doxygen 1.9.8 version.
Now when Santiago rebuilt it on December 10th (three days ago) [3],
doxygen 1.15.0 was pulled in. This is a big doxygen version jump
(1.9.8 to 1.15.0) and it now barks on your doxygen configuration being
obsolete:

Your source package seems to be abandoned. Only reached version 0.0.2
in 2017 and not updated since. Eight years without any change is a
dead project for me. It is also unmaintained, debhelper level is 9
(the recent one is 13) and used standards version is 3.9.5 (the recent
one is 4.7.2).
In short, please stop blaming graphviz when it is not used and doxygen
clearly shows configuration problems in your source package.
