As far as 2.3 is concerned, I think the 2.3.8 packages in experimental should be ignored in favour of the current 2.3-development SVN branch (which is 2.3.14 plus security fixes and will be 2.3.16 as soon as I have time). I have 2.3.16 for Debian on my official To Do list ;-) I'll also take a look at the bugs filed against 2.3. LC> Should new maintainers be searched to help or take over? I'm sure more help would be appreciated. LC> Will cyrus-imapd-2.2 be replaced with cyrus-imapd-2.3 for LC> Squeeze? I certainly hope a suitable 2.3 package will be ready. I believe other members of the team intend to continue to maintain 2.2 for some time yet. One of the bits of work which most needs doing is ensuring the upgrade path is smooth for typical small single-server installations as seen at site who may not have an expert available. It would make sense to move to 2.3 in Squeeze as upstream are making noises about focussing on 2.4 RSN.
