Hi,
For CELT 0.7.1, upstream changed the library soname from libcelt to
libcelt0, to indicate its development state. 0.7.1 is both API and ABI
compatible with 0.7.0, apart from the soname change. I've tried
rebuilding these packages locally on i386, and since they use
pkg-config, a rebuild with the updated libcelt-dev installed is all it
takes to fix this.

depend on libcelt0-0.'
nmu gst-plugins-bad0.10_0.10.17-3 . ALL . -m 'Rebuild to depend on
